"John was excellent with our dog Pistol, as well as with us. Pistol went for obedience training when he was about a year old. He kept us updated and even sent videos of Pistol while at training. Pistol's behavior improvement was a miracle when we got him back. I could actually walk him (before he literally dragged me around the neighborhood), we could play with him, he listened and though he still barks (he is a dog after all) he doesn't bark incessantly. Having an out of control dog can really take a toll on a family and John gave us a happy home again. We love West Wind! We take Pistol to be boarded at West Wind also when we go on vacation and we know he's having just a good of time as we are. The quality care he gives the dogs is amazing and we wouldn't take him anywhere else."
