At West Wind Retrievers & Training, we welcome all breeds of dogs for overnight boarding. We offer a clean, welcoming environment, friendly staff, and room for your four-legged family members to run and play.

Honoring Our Military
At WWRT we have a deep appreciation and love for the United States Military. To show our appreciation, we happily offer boarding at the rate of $18/day for dogs of active-duty military personnel.
Please provide your military ID to qualify for this discount.
Our Facility
What To Bring

Our facility consists of outdoor kennels with attached dog houses and indoor climate-controlled kennels. Along with plenty of outdoor free space and runs.

Your four-legged family member is provided with outdoor play time 3 – 4 times per day, usually between 15 minutes to 1 hour.

Our indoor and outdoor kennels are cleaned twice a day.

Dogs are separated in different areas according to size, during playtime, so there is no size intimidation factor, such as a Great Dane being next to a Chihuahua.

We provide blankets for comfort, but you are welcome to bring a light blanket, t-shirt, or something with familiar smells from home to reduce stress. We also recommend bringing your pet’s favorite toy and some treats to make the stay more enjoyable.

Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations (including DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella) Vaccine documentation will required at check-in and strongly recommend that if any vaccinations are due have them administered at least 4 day prior to your check in date. This will allow for side effects (if any) to appear prior to your planned travel dates.
Boarding Rates
At West Wind we we know how important your four-legged family member is to you and that's important to us. We care for your dog like it was our own. We accept all breeds and size dogs.
Special Situations
Special situations, such as geriatric pets, are allowed to stay in the owner’s home, at our discretion, where we can attend to their every need.
Please ask about special pricing and availability for this service.
Our Boarding rates are $20 per day. *Please note, boarding is charged for each day the dog resides at WWRT

Saturday
8AM - 10AM
We are Closed on Sunday
Appointments outside our normal hours, are charged a convenience fee of $25.
Food & Medications
Owners are required to provide their dog’s food while in boarding with WWRT. We will take care of giving your dog all medications.
Please make sure they’re properly labeled and we have complete instructions as to proper times and dosage.
